You should be able to at least download your avatars you bought on PS3 to use on PS4, seeing as you can use your PS3 system avatar as your profile picture. Link to post Share on other sites. PS4 console: download games and add-ons. Go to Library and select the Purchased folder. Select the game you want to download. Select Download. To purchase or download add-ons, select the game from your Library and scroll down to PlayStation Store. Add-ons you have purchased are displayed in Your add-ons. Select the arrow icon beside the add-on.
